The court concludes the insolvency proceedings without assets for Eurohome Online in Valencia

The Commercial Court No. 3 of Valencia has declared the conclusion of the insolvency proceedings of Eurohome Online Sociedad Limitada, classified as having no assets (without mass) and with liabilities of 5,910,334.97 euros, and has agreed to the provisional closure of its registration in the Mercantile Registry. The decision, which is final, is published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) no. 204, dated October 22, 2026, under the official reference BORME-A-2026-204-46.

The announcement appears in the First Section of the gazette, dedicated to entrepreneurs and registered acts, under entry number 472369 and under the name EUROHOME ONLINE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA. The text includes two resolutions issued by Judge José Luis Fortea Gorbe in insolvency proceeding 1372/2024, both noted as final.

The first, dated April 30, 2025, acknowledges the request for a voluntary declaration of insolvency, admits the application for processing, and declares the state of voluntary insolvency of Euro Home Online S.L.U., with CIF B-98764129. The same order expressly states that it is an insolvency proceeding without assets, with the aforementioned liabilities of 5,910,334.97 euros.

Conclusion due to insufficiency of active assets

The second resolution, dated June 16, 2025, is the order concluding the insolvency proceedings due to the insufficiency of the active assets. In it, the conclusion of the procedure and the archiving of the proceedings are declared, “with all the effects that are its legal and necessary consequence,” and the provisional closure of the company’s registration in the Mercantile Registry is specifically agreed upon.

The closure is based on Article 485 of the Recast Text of the Insolvency Law (TRLC), a provision that regulates the annotation of the conclusion of the insolvency and the closure of the registry sheet when there are no assets with which to satisfy the credits. The recorded registry data are S 8, H V 166945, I/A 6, with an entry date of 10.15.26.

Registry history of the company

The company was incorporated in 2015 with a capital of 3,000 euros and a corporate purpose focused on the wholesale of textiles and other household goods, as well as retail trade via mail order or the internet. At that time, it was declared a sole-shareholder company, with Corporación Bellavista de Inversiones Sociedad Limitada as the sole shareholder and María Griselda Costell López as the sole administrator.

In 2017, the company moved its registered office to Alfafar (Plaza Alqueria de la Culla 4). In 2018, Costell López ceased her duties and Carlos Vicente Martínez Ribera was appointed sole administrator, and in 2024, the sole shareholder became José Antonio de la Maza Baile, with the cessation of the previous administrator.

The publication registrally closes a company that operated in e-commerce and provides official record that there are insufficient assets to satisfy a liability of nearly six million euros.
