El INE publica las mesas y locales electorales del 29N en la provincia

The National Statistics Institute has published the complete list of sections, polling stations, and electoral venues for the province of Ciudad Real for the General Court elections on November 29, 2026. The list, signed by the provincial delegate of the Electoral Census Office, Gema Alcázar Sánchez, is disseminated in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real number 196, dated October 12, 2026, under Announcement number 3279. With this document, voters in the province now know their corresponding polling station and table.

The publication is part of the call for elections to the Congress of Deputies and the Senate, agreed upon in the Official State Gazette of October 6, 2026. It is the responsibility of the National Statistics Institute, through its Provincial Delegation of the Electoral Census Office in Ciudad Real, to establish the list of sections, tables, and venues in accordance with Organic Law 5/1985, of June 19, on the General Electoral Regime.

The announcement occupies pages 9596 to 9606 of the gazette, within a 36-page issue, and organizes the information into seven columns: municipality, district, section, table, census letters, venue, and address. The list covers municipalities numbered from 001 to 098—from Abenójar to Viso del Marqués—and adds the coded entities from 901 to 904: El Robledo, Ruidera, Arenales de San Gregorio, and Llanos del Caudillo.

How each table is identified

Each table appears with its district, its section, and a letter that delimits the alphabetical range of surnames assigned to that polling station. When a section concentrates many voters, the venue is divided into several tables with successive ranges: in Albaladejo, section 001 distributes voters between tables A (A-K) and B (L-Z) of the Santiago Apóstol Public School, at 24 Fuente Street.

The letter system allows the voter to locate their table without consulting the full census: it is sufficient to identify the first surname within the published interval. The most common ranges are A-K and L-Z, although in large sections, distributions appear across three tables (A-F, G-M, N-Z) or in specific intervals such as A-L and M-Z.

Electoral venues

The province distributes the voting among school centers, municipal offices, and social facilities. Among the listed venues are:

  • Ciudad Real: the Most Excellent City Council (Plaza Mayor 1), the Old Casino of Ciudad Real (calle Caballeros 3), the Carlos Eraña School, the Pío XII Social Center, the Juan de Ávila Institute, and the Los Rosales Civic Center.
  • Puertollano: the Gonzalo de Berceo Public School, the Leonardo da Vinci Secondary School, the San Juan Bosco School (Salesians), and the Inmaculada School (Repsol).
  • Alcázar de San Juan: the Tierno Galván Public Education Center, the Official Language School, and the El Santo School Group.
  • Tomelloso: the Carmelo Cortés School, the Embajadores School, the Alto Guadiana Institute, and the Maternidad Primary School.
  • Valdepeñas: the “La Confianza” Cultural Center, the Municipal Theater Auditorium, and the Windmills Museum.
  • Daimiel: the “Infante Don Felipe” Public School, the “Albuera” Public School, and the Azuer Occupational Center.
  • Manzanares: the “Altagracia” School, the “Álvarez de Sotomayor” Institute, and the Divina Pastora Social Civic Center.

Zonal Electoral Boards already constituted

The same issue of the bulletin records the constitution, on October 9, 2026, of the provincial zonal electoral boards:

  • Alcázar de San Juan-Tomelloso, chaired by Javier García López.
  • Ciudad Real, chaired by Virginia Laura Egea Hernando.
  • Daimiel, chaired by María de la Luz Ruiz Berbis.
  • Manzanares, chaired by Alba María Nicolás Quintela.
  • Puertollano-Almadén.
  • Valdepeñas, chaired by Teresa Diego de Miguel.
  • Villanueva de los Infantes, chaired by Valeriano Sánchez Horcas-Ballesteros.

The list of polling stations and venues is the instrument that translates the census into a specific voting point and prevents errors on the day of the election. For the voters of Ciudad Real, the announcement now establishes the school, the table, and the range of surnames that correspond to them, and serves as an official reference for any claim regarding the assignment of the venue.
