The Vice Presidency of the Institute for Cooperation with Local Finance (ICHL), a body dependent on the Provincial Council of Córdoba, has announced the selection tests for the provision of 13 civil servant positions, including administrative and senior technical staff. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 174, dated September 9, 2026, with the official reference BOP-A-2026-2996.
The call is agreed upon by resolution 2026/00022272, dated July 13, 2026, and is governed by the bases approved by the body’s Governing Council in the session of June 19, 2026. The document, electronically signed by the vice president of the body, Ana Rosa Ruz Carpio, in Córdoba on August 26, 2026, is published in the Other Entities section of the gazette.
The announced positions
The selection process covers four different calls, distributed between internal promotion and open access:
- 9 administrative positions via internal promotion, included in the Public Employment Offers (OEP) of 2024, 2025, and 2026 (Annex I).
- 2 administrative positions via open access, included in the 2026 OEP (Annex II).
- 1 senior technical position via internal promotion, included in the 2025 OEP (Annex III).
- 1 senior technical position via open access, included in the 2024 OEP (Annex IV).
In the open access processes, a job bank will also be established to meet the temporary needs of the body until a new call is resolved.
Requirements and procedure
For administrative positions, a High School Diploma (Bachiller) or Technical degree is required. In the case of internal promotion, applicants must belong to Subgroup C2 as career civil servants of the ICHL with at least two years of seniority in an administrative assistant position. For senior technical positions, a Degree in Law, Economics, Business, Business Administration and Management, Political Science, or the corresponding undergraduate degree is required, and for internal promotion, membership in Subgroup A2 with two years of seniority.
Applications must be submitted exclusively electronically through the body’s headquarters, at the address https://sede.haciendalocal.es, within twenty business days from the publication of the summary of the call in the Official State Gazette. The participation fee amounts to 11.50 euros, in accordance with the tax Ordinance published in the BOP number 242, dated December 23, 2021.
Selection phases
In internal promotion processes, selection combines a competitive merit phase, with a merit scale of up to 20 points evaluating performance appraisal, training, seniority, experience, and qualifications, with an examination phase. In all cases, the examination phase consists of a single 150-minute exercise with two parts: a questionnaire of 50 multiple-choice questions on the syllabus and a second questionnaire of 40 questions on practical cases, with five reserve questions in each part. Each part is scored up to 10 points, and it is necessary to obtain a minimum of 5 in each to pass the exercise; incorrect answers penalize a quarter of a point.
The Qualifying Board, predominantly technical in composition, may not declare a number of successful candidates greater than the number of positions announced. The list of successful candidates will be submitted to the Presidency of the organization for their appointment as career civil servants.
Relevance of the call
This call represents a significant public employment opportunity in the province of Córdoba, as it combines internal promotion positions for personnel already integrated into the organization with open-access positions open to new applicants. The filling of these 13 positions reinforces the staff of a key organization in the management, inspection, and collection of public revenues of the Provincial Council of Córdoba and the municipalities with which it cooperates.
