The announcement occupies pages 35998 and 35999 of the gazette and is categorized under the published acts of the Ministry of Health.
The authorization is proposed as a concession of use: the successful bidder does not receive payment from the hospital, but instead pays a consideration for occupying the public space. The initial term is two years, with the possibility of an extension for another two, meaning the occupation could reach a maximum of four fiscal years.
Minimum fee and economic conditions

- Minimum consideration: 974.37 euros per ATM for each 12-month period.

- Submission deadline: 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the tender on the Public Sector Contracting Platform (PLACSP).
- Place of submission: the same as for obtaining the documentation.
- Required documentation: as detailed in the specifications.
The award will be made in accordance with the criteria of the specific administrative clauses specifications, which also specify the documentation that interested entities must provide.
