According to Articles 52 and 135 of the same Code, the filing of the appeal does not suspend the execution of the contested act. The edict is signed by Xavier Espot Zamora, Head of Government, in Andorra la Vella on October 7, 2026.
The publication provides official coverage for a package of grants that directly affects Andorran SMEs and freelancers: the majority of beneficiaries are micro-enterprises and professionals receiving between 255 and 6,000 euros to digitalize basic processes such as web presence, customer management, or the adoption of artificial intelligence. With this second round, the Business Digitalization Program has already accumulated more than 28,700 euros awarded this autumn.
