The Reserve Fund tenders the architecture services for Prada Casadet

The Retirement Reserve Fund (FRJ) has opened the national public tender for the contracting of architectural services for the drafting of the project to repair sections of the facades of the Prada Casadet building, in Andorra la Vella, and the subsequent technical management of the work. The start agreement was adopted by the entity’s Management Commission on September 22, 2026, and the tender was made public through an edict dated September 24, appearing in the Official Bulletin of the Principality of Andorra (BOPA) no. 110, corresponding to September 25, 2026. The text was signed by the president of the Management Commission, Jordi Cinca Mateos.

The file is managed directly by the Retirement Reserve Fund, which acts simultaneously as the awarding entity and as the contracting authority. The tender is published in the other official bodies section of the bulletin and affects a unique property in the center of Andorra la Vella, the interior courtyard of which will be the meeting point for the technical visits.

An open and declared urgent procedure

The contract will be awarded by national public tender, with an open procedure and urgent contracting modality, according to the characteristics detailed in the edict itself. Mandatory visit on October 2

Interested parties must participate in a mandatory visit prior to the submission of bids, scheduled for Friday, October 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM, in the interior courtyard of the Prada Casadet building in Andorra la Vella. The visit is a prerequisite: without attendance, one cannot participate in the tender.

Bids must be submitted exclusively electronically, via the public sector procurement platform, following the link indicated in the specifications, and the deadline ends at 10:00 AM on October 16, 2026.

Electronic opening on October 22

The opening of the bids will be electronic, also through the public sector procurement platform. The contracting authority will notify the link to all persons who have submitted a bid.
