Por FactBox Admin

The Delegation of Economy and Finance of Huesca has called for a public ascending auction of six rustic properties owned by the General State Administration, with the simultaneous admission of sealed bids. The call is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Huesca number 176, dated September 15, 2026, and the bidding will take place on November 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
The procedure is part of the disposal of state assets, initiated by a resolution of the General Directorate of State Heritage on July 7, 2026, which agreed to start the sale process following the approval of the appraisals. The properties are offered in first, second, third, and fourth auctions, with decreasing prices and a five percent deposit in each case.
Six properties in four municipalities
The properties are distributed among the municipal districts of Alcolea de Cinca, Ballobar, Puente la Reina de Jaca, and Salas Altas, with areas ranging from 2,147 to 80,398 square meters:
- Property 1 (Alcolea de Cinca, polygon 30, plot 31): 10,172 m², CIBI file no. 2026 022 00078, price of €4,577.40.
- Property 2 (Ballobar, polygon 505, plot 143, Canales area): 16,762 m², CIBI file no. 2026 022 00154, price of €8,381.

- Property 5 (Puente la Reina de Jaca, polygon 6, plot 351, Paulellas area): 80,398 m², CIBI file no. 2024 022 00284, price of €2,461.67.
- Property 6 (Salas Altas, el Mon area, polygon 8, plot 184): 2,147 m², CIBI file no. 2026 022 00081, price of €695.
Encumbrances, easements, and limitations
Several plots carry encumbrances and easements that condition their use. Property 3 in Ballobar is burdened by a permanent five-meter wide easement for the Tarragona-Lérida-Zaragoza oil pipeline of the Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos CLH, S.A., and another four-meter easement for the Castelnou-Fraga-Tamarite de Litera gas pipeline of Enagás, S.A., with prohibitions on plowing deeper than 50 centimeters, planting tall-stemmed trees, or building without permission.
Properties 2, 3, and 4 in Ballobar, included in the Monegros II area of national interest, are subject to a payment of 3,870.52 euros per hectare to the Autonomous Community of Aragon and are subject to the actions of the irrigation network. Property 5 in Puente la Reina de Jaca, repopulated under the “Pauleyas and Botiga” mountain consortium (key HU-3087), is subject to a preferential acquisition right in favor of the City Council of Santa Cilia de Jaca as it borders the public mountain “Los Manchones y San Chaime de Somanés”.
How to participate
The auction will be held in the Boardroom of the Delegation of Economy and Finance in Huesca, Plaza de Navarra 11, second floor, before the Board constituted for this purpose. The deadline for submitting offers in a sealed envelope will be 30 calendar days starting from the day following the publication in the Official State Gazette.
To attend the public act, it is necessary to request a prior appointment via telephones 974 238 917 and 974 238 918 or via email at dehhuescapatrimonio@igae.hacienda.gob.es, before 2:00 PM on the previous day. The specifications and forms are available at the State Heritage Section and on the Ministry of Finance website (www.hacienda.gob.es). The resolution was signed in Huesca on September 3, 2026, by the Secretary General, Ángel Martínez Fernández, substituting for the Delegate of Economy and Finance.
The sale of these lands allows the State to add value to scattered rural land across the province, providing opportunities for individuals and agricultural companies, although interested parties must carefully assess the energy easements and the charges derived from the Monegros II irrigable zone before bidding.
