The ECYL announces 529,538 euros in grants for training and employment

The Public Employment Service of Castilla y León (ECYL) has announced grants intended to finance training plans aimed at capacity building for functions related to employment training, collective bargaining, and institutional participation. The call is published via an extract of the Resolution of October 5, 2026, in the Official Gazette of Castilla y León (BOCYL) no. 196, of October 8, 2026, with the identifier BDNS 933637. The total amount amounts to 529,538 euros distributed between the 2026 and 2027 fiscal years.

The measure depends on the Regional Ministry of Industry, Universities, Employment, and Trade and is supported by the regulatory bases established by Order EEI/736/2020, of July 30 (B.O.C. y L. no. 157, of August 4), modified by Order EEI/892/2021, of July 16 (B.O.C. y L. no. 139, of July 20). The extract is published in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the General Grants Law 38/2003, of November 17.

Funding by fiscal year

• Fiscal year 2026: 317,723.00 euros, charged to application 08.23.241B02.7802J.
• Fiscal year 2027: 211,815.00 euros, charged to the same budget application.
• Total for the call: 529,538.00 euros.

Who can apply for the grants

The following may be beneficiaries of the grants, under the terms established in the call:

• The most representative business associations and trade union organizations within the scope of Castilla y León.
• Business associations and trade union organizations that, without having the status of most representative, possess representation capacity in functions related to collective bargaining within the scope of the Community, pursuant to article 87, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the Recast Text of the Workers’ Statute Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23.

What is financed and with what limits

The training plans consist of training activities corresponding to the areas qualified as priority in the Annex of the call. They include both training actions and other activities of a training nature, such as conferences, workshops, or seminars.

• Training actions may be delivered in person or via tele-training.
• Conferences, workshops, and seminars must be delivered in person and may not exceed 30% of the overall training plan.
• The maximum number of training hours for the set of activities to be financed in each plan shall be 800 hours.

Deadline and submission of applications

The application shall be completed using the standardized form available on the electronic office and submitted within 20 business days from the day following the publication of the call summary in the BOCYL. Processing is electronic, with documentation digitized and provided as attached files through the electronic registry of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León.

The summary was signed in Arroyo de la Encomienda (Valladolid), on October 5, 2026, by the president of the Public Employment Service of Castilla y León, Juan Carlos Suárez-Quiñones Fernández.

The call is of interest to training entities and social agents legitimized for collective bargaining in Castilla y León, who will have two budget years to deploy training plans in key areas for social dialogue. The 20-business-day deadline requires documentation to be prepared in advance.
