El Corte Inglés will develop Su Eminencia after Urban Planning approves the project

The Urban Planning and Environment Department of the Seville City Council has admitted for processing the Urbanization Project for ARI-DS-05 “Su Eminencia,” promoted by El Corte Inglés, S.A., and opens a twenty-day period for public information. The decision was adopted via Resolution No. 7300, dated September 11, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville (BOP) No. 201, dated October 16, 2026, with official reference BOP-SE-2026-201028.

The agreement corresponds to the Manager of the Urban Planning and Environment Department, a body dependent on the Seville City Council that processes the file. The announcement is inserted in the Local Administration section of the provincial gazette, on page 164 of a total of 190, and appears signed by Carlos Flores de Santis, Head of Service, by delegation (Resolution No. 658, dated February 22, 2007, completed on July 14, 2015).

The procedure is based on Article 192.5 of Decree 550/2022, of November 29, which approves the General Regulation of the Law for the Promotion of Territorial Sustainability of Andalusia.
