The Provincial Consortium awards two coordinators through a merit-based competition.

Por FactBox Admin

The Provincial Consortium of Citizen Services of Albacete has resolved the general merit competition for the definitive provision of two coordination posts. Resolution number 52, of July 31, 2026, approved by its president, Santiago Cabañero Masip, awards the posts to María del Mar Salvador Sánchez and Luis Miguel Roncero Heras. The announcement is published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Albacete number 94, of August 14, 2026, page 22, in Section Three, Local Administration.

The procedure has been resolved in accordance with the proposal of the Assessment Committee, which met for this purpose on July 9, 2025. It is a merit-based competition for the definitive provision of posts with code 5 and code 6, a route that assesses the career history of applicants in order to award permanent posts in the provincial body. The resolution, which ends the administrative route, takes effect from the day following its publication in the official bulletin.

The appointments

The competition is resolved with the award of the two positions to the following employees:

  • Post code 5 — Coordinator of the Department of Citizen Services and Standardization: María del Mar Salvador Sánchez.
  • Post code 6 — Technical Coordinator of the Department of New Technologies: Luis Miguel Roncero Heras.

Both posts correspond to coordination roles in two strategic areas of the Consortium: direct attention to citizens and the management of new technologies.

Automatic assignment and taking possession

The assignment of the awardees to the new post will take place automatically, ceasing in their previous post on the day following the publication of the resolution of the call in the Official Bulletin of the Province. The effective incorporation into the new post, however, will take place when permits, vacations or any other circumstance that, while maintaining the situation of active service, prevents the effective provision of services have ended.

Appeals against the resolution

Since the administrative route is exhausted, against the resolution a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed within two months from the day following its publication before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of Instance of Albacete, in accordance with article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, and with the first additional provision of Organic Law 1/2025, of January 2, on measures regarding the efficiency of the Public Justice Service. Optionally, and as a preliminary step, an appeal for reconsideration may also be filed within one month, according to articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

With these appointments, the Consortium provides definitive holders for two key positions in its structure at a time when local administration is strengthening the quality of citizen service and the implementation of new technologies. The resolution is published for general knowledge on the Consortium’s notice board and in the official bulletin.
