Por FactBox Admin

The Third Vice-Presidency and Department of Environment, Infrastructure, Territory and Recovery has opened for public consultation the possible declaration as a project of regional interest of the sustainable tourist campsite promoted by the company Relleu Living Green, SL in the municipality of Relleu. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) number 10473, dated October 19, 2026, with the official reference DOGV-C-2026-32306. The procedure opens a one-month period for any natural or legal person to submit any allegations they deem appropriate.
The processing is based on articles 63 and following of the Legislative Decree 1/2021, of June 18, of the Consell, approving the consolidated text of the Law on land use, urban planning and landscape, and complies with article 64.2 of the same regulation in relation to article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The announcement specifies that the application from Relleu Living Green, SL has been admitted for processing, meaning that what is being presented to the public is the “possible” declaration, which has not yet been agreed upon.
The document was signed in Valencia on September 14, 2026, by Miguel Ángel Ivorra Devesa, Director General of Urban Planning, Landscape and Environmental Assessment, the body to which the allegations must be addressed.
One month deadline from the day following publication
The public consultation period is one month and is counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana, that is, starting from October 20, 2026. During this period, any natural or legal person may file an objection, without the announcement requiring proof of any status as an interested party.
Allegations shall be addressed to the Directorate General of Urban Planning, Landscape and Environmental Assessment and may be submitted through several channels:
- Entry registry in building A of the Ciudad Administrativa Nou d’Octubre, calle de la Democracia, number 77, 46018 Valencia.
- Any of the registries provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015.
- Electronic office of the Generalitat Valenciana, for those required to interact with the administration by electronic means.
Consultation of the file on the regional website
The case documentation may be consulted during the public information month on the website of the Third Vice-Presidency and Department of Environment, Infrastructure, Territory and Recovery, within the Territorial Planning and Green Infrastructure Area, under the Strategic Projects, Projects of Regional Interest section. The announcement provides a direct link to that section (https://breu.gva.es/b/9-QN) and a second link for the electronic submission of allegations through the electronic office (https://breu.gva.es/b/2xR8l).
What is being processed and under what legal figure
The purpose of the application is the implementation of a sustainable tourist campsite in the municipality of Relleu, promoted by Relleu Living Green, SL. The declaration is proposed under the figure of a project of regional interest, regulated in the Valencian legislation on territorial planning and urbanism, which has its own processing and declaration procedure.
The case remains open and unresolved: the public information period is a preliminary step, meaning that the declaration will only occur, if applicable, once the allegations submitted during the month of exhibition have been assessed.
The publication of the announcement allows residents, entities, and holders of affected interests in Relleu and its surroundings to learn about the scope of the project and express their views before the Generalitat Valenciana decides on the declaration of regional interest, a figure that conditions the urban and territorial processing of the initiative.
