Cirque du Soleil 'Kurios' requests temporary license in Madrid

The Madrid City Council has made public the application for a temporary activity license submitted by Cirque Du Soleil Gaia Luxembourg, S. A. to install the ‘Kurios’ show by Cirque du Soleil at calle de la Herradura, number 3, between October 30 and December 27, 2026. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 219, dated September 14, 2026, within the Local Administration section.

The communication is carried out in accordance with Instruction 02/2013 of the General Coordinator of Urban Management, Housing and Works, and its purpose is to make the application known so that those who consider themselves affected may submit allegations. The file is being processed in the Security and Service Projects Service of the Sub-directorate General of Licenses, under number 350/2026/27742.

A process open to citizen participation

The announcement responds to the ordinary publicity procedure for activity installation licenses, which allows neighbors and any affected person to formulate the allegations they deem pertinent. The deadline for this is five business days counting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the official gazette.

Allegations may be submitted in writing at the Municipal Registries or by any means provided for in Article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The file remains available to interested parties at the competent municipal service.
