El Censo Electoral publica las mesas y locales de votación en Córdoba

The National Statistics Institute, through the Provincial Delegation of the Electoral Census Office of Córdoba, has published the list of sections, polling stations, and electoral venues that will be used in the General Elections on November 29, 2026. The announcement occupies pages 14668 to 14753 of the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 197, dated October 12, 2026, within the Electoral Administration section, and carries the official reference BOP-A-2026-3459. The resolution is signed by the provincial delegate of the Electoral Census, Lucía Rodríguez Fernández.

The publication is based on article 24.2 of Organic Law 5/1985, of June 19, on the General Electoral Regime, as amended by Organic Law 3/1995, of March 24 (BOE of March 24, 1995). This provision requires the public disclosure of sections, polling stations, and venues before each call for elections, so that any voter can know in advance the polling point that corresponds to them.

The list covers the 77 municipalities of the province, from Adamuz to Zuheros, and also includes La Guijarrosa and Fuente Carreteros. For each locality, the sections, polling stations, the letter of each station, the electoral venue, and its full address are detailed. The document warns that the boundaries of the sections can be consulted at the respective town halls.

The 77 municipalities, one by one

The BOP organizes the information by municipality and, within each one, by section and polling station. The list begins in Adamuz and concludes in Zuheros, with a final appendix for La Guijarrosa and Fuente Carreteros. Among the included localities are Córdoba, Lucena, Puente Genil, Priego de Córdoba, Pozoblanco, Cabra, Baena, Montilla, Palma del Río, Rute, Peñarroya-Pueblonuevo, Castro del Río, Aguilar de la Frontera, Bujalance, Hinojosa del Duque, and Villanueva de Córdoba.

The venues are, for the most part, public schools, civic centers, cultural centers, pensioners’ homes, town halls, and multi-purpose buildings. Some examples:

  • Adamuz: C.E.I.P. Capitán Trevilla (Paseo Antonio Gala, 5), Municipal Multi-Purpose Building (calle Iglesia, 28) and Initiatives Center (plaza de la Constitución, 1).
  • Córdoba: C.E.I.P. Colón, North Civic Center, C.E.I.P. Luciana Centeno, C.E.I.P. Santa Bárbara (Cerro Muriano), C.E.I.P. La Aduana, C.E.I.P. Torre Malmuerta, C.E.I.P. Alcalde Pedro Barbudo, Mudarra Center (Teresianas), C.E.I.P. Hernán Ruiz, C.E.I.P. Cronista Rey Díaz and C.E.I. Cruz de Juárez.
  • Pozoblanco: Santa Ana School Group, Seniors’ Day Center, C.E.I.P. Virgen de Luna, C.E.I.P. Manuel Cano Damián, Town Hall and Delegation offices.
  • Lucena: Municipal Training Center (Paseo del Coso, 21) and State Administration Agency (plaza de Bécquer, 2).

How each polling station is identified

The table is organized into six columns: section, subsection, polling station, letter, polling location and location address. The section is expressed with two digits and the polling station with three (for example, 01-001), while the letter distinguishes polling stations that share the same location.

The document includes footnotes to clarify which voters vote at specific polling stations when a municipality groups several hamlets or nuclei:

  • Adamuz: (1) voters from Adamuz and (2) voters from Algallarín.
  • Santaella: (71) voters from El Fontanar, El Cañuelo Industrial Estate and Santaella; (72) voters from Aldea El Ingeniero, Huertas Bocas del Salado, Huertas del Ingeniero, Huertas del Sol and La Montiela.
  • Hornachuelos: (49) voters from La Almarja, Bembézar del Caudillo, Los Corrales, Mesas del Guadalora, Moratalla and Puebla de la Parrilla; (50) voters from Céspedes.
  • Castro del Río: (19) voters from Carchena, Castro del Río and Garci-Calvo; (20) voters from Llano del Espinar and Torre del Puerto.

What the voter must do

The announcement does not set deadlines or additional procedures: its function is informative and serves to allow each voter to locate their polling station before November 29. The list is published with the electronic signature of the provincial delegate, with secure verification code 7D38 AE21 8918 106D F654 and signature date of October 12, 2026, at 07:57:14.

With this publication, any voter from Córdoba can check in the official bulletin the section, polling station and location that correspond to them, and subsequently verify the boundaries of their section at their town hall. The date for the polls is set for November 29, 2026, 48 days after the dissemination of the list.
