El Censo Electoral publica las mesas y locales de votación de la provincia

The Electoral Census Office (OCE) of Soria has published the list of municipalities with the number and boundaries of the electoral sections, their venues, and the corresponding polling stations for the General Court elections on November 29, 2026. The announcement occupies pages 5 to 15 of the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria from Monday, October 12, 2026, in an extraordinary edition (reference BOPSO-EXTRAORDINARIO-12102026), and was signed in Soria on October 6, 2026, by the provincial delegate of the OCE, Antonio Delgado Alaminos. Voters have the following six days after publication to file claims against the delimitation before the Provincial Electoral Board, which will issue a final resolution within five days.

The publication is carried out in application of Article 24 of the Organic Law of the General Electoral Regime (LOREG) and complies with the calendar opened by Royal Decree 806/2026, of October 5, on the dissolution of the Congress of Deputies and the Senate and the calling of general elections, published in the Official State Gazette on October 6, 2026. The Provincial Electoral Board of Soria was constituted on October 9, 2026, in a session presided over by María Luisa García García, with judicial members Rafael María Carnicero Giménez de Azcárate and Cristina Sualdea Barrio, and secretary Estíbaliz Núñez Puerta.

A municipality-by-municipality list

The document organizes the province by municipality code, from Abejar (42001) to Yelo (42219), and identifies for each the district, the section, the polling station, the voters it comprises—by surname letters, from A to Z—and the voting venue with its address.

  • 183 municipalities of the province appear on the list.
  • 217 polling stations are distributed among the designated venues.
  • Soria capital concentrates 50 polling stations across three districts and 27 sections.
  • Other municipalities with several polling stations: Ágreda (4), Almazán (6), El Burgo de Osma-Ciudad de Osma (6), Ólvega (4), Golmayo (4), Covaleda (2), Duruelo de la Sierra (2), San Leonardo de Yagüe (2), San Esteban de Gormaz (3), and Arcos de Jalón (2).

The voting venues

In the capital, the polling stations are located in the Most Excellent City Council (Patio de Columnas, Plaza Mayor 9), the Most Excellent Provincial Council (Caballeros 17), the Antonio Machado Institute (Aduana Vieja 10), the Castilla Institute (Alonso de Velázquez 1), the Youth Sports Center (Nicolás Rabal 25), the Territorial Service of Education and Culture (Campo 5), and the Pico Frentes Integrated Vocational Training Center (Gervasio Manrique de Lara 2), in addition to the schools Fuente del Rey, Las Pedrizas, Doce Linajes, La Arboleda, Infantes de Lara, and Numancia.

In rural areas, town halls and their plenary or assembly halls predominate, as well as former schools, social and community centers, medical clinics, and unique venues such as the San Gabriel Cultural Center, the “Gervasio Manrique” House of Culture in Berlanga de Duero, or the Interpretation Center of Muriel Viejo.

Deadlines and electoral boards

  • Claims against the delimitation: six days from publication, before the Provincial Electoral Board.
  • Final resolution by the Board: five days.
  • Almazán Zonal Electoral Board: constituted on October 9, with Iván Tobar Alzuguren as president, Ana Isabel Benito de los Mozos and Eduardo Vaquero Llevot as members, and Vicenta Irene Sánchez Jerónimo as secretary.
  • El Burgo de Osma Zonal Electoral Board: constituted on October 9, with Ana Isabel Benito de los Mozos as president, Iván Tobar Alzuguren and Eduardo Vaquero Llevot as members, and Ana Castel Frías as secretary.

The list is the instrument that determines where each Soria voter votes on November 29 and opens the process to correct delimitation errors before the election date.
