El cens electoral publica les meses i locals del 29 de novembre

The Provincial Delegation of the Electoral Census Office of Tarragona has published the complete list of sections, polling stations, and electoral venues for all municipalities in the province for the General Court elections on November 29, 2026. The announcement occupies pages 1 to 24 of the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona dated October 12, 2026, with the reference CVE 2026-09487, and was electronically signed by the provincial delegate, Rafael Cervera Cervera, on October 9. With this publication, each voter can verify in which venue and at which polling station they are assigned to vote.

The text is inserted into the official announcements section of the gazette and is part of the work planned for the electoral day on 11-29. The Provincial Delegation of the Electoral Census Office is the body that certifies and makes public the territorial organization of voting in the province, doing so through a table that organizes voters by municipality. The document incorporates the delegate’s electronic signature and the validation code CSV GEN-b4e2-0ace-3750-2a15-8e61-b5bb-a03e-6970.

Sections, polling stations, and alphabetical range of the census

The list details, for each polling station, the district, the section, the subsection, and the initial and final letters of the census assigned to it, as well as the voting venue and its address. The columns of the table are the province code (43, Tarragona), the municipality code, the name of the municipality, the district, the section, the subsection, the polling station, the initial letter, the final letter, the electoral venue, and the address.

Thus, for example, in Albinyana, polling station A of section 002 covers letters A to L and polling station B goes from M to Z, while in Alcanar, section 001 is divided into five polling stations. The system allows the census of each section to be divided among several polling stations when the volume of voters requires it.

Voting venues, municipality by municipality

The chosen venues are nearby public facilities. Among the types appearing in the list are:

  • Schools, institutes, and nurseries, such as the CEIP Pompeu Fabra in Reus or the Institut Dertosa in Tortosa.
  • Civic and cultural centers, such as the Centre Cívic de les Peces in Albinyana or the Casa de Cultura in Valls.
  • Pavilions and sports centers, such as the Pavelló Olímpic Municipal in Reus or the Pavelló Àngel Guimerà in El Vendrell.
  • Town hall headquarters and other administrations, such as the Palau Municipal de l’Ajuntament de Tarragona or the Palau de la Diputació de Tarragona.
  • Retiree homes, libraries, museums, and neighborhood association centers.

Large municipalities and the 901-907 series

The most populated municipalities concentrate the highest number of polling stations, distributed across several districts. Tarragona (code 148) goes up to district 09 and Reus (code 123) up to district 10, with venues such as the Fairgrounds of the Congress Center, the Cal Massó Art Center, or the Joan Rebull Sports Center. Tortosa (155), Valls (161), and El Vendrell (163) also deploy multiple districts and sections.

The list also includes the series of codes 901 to 907, with seven entries:

  • Deltebre (901)
  • Sant Jaume d’Enveja (902)
  • Camarles (903)
  • L’Aldea (904)
  • Salou (905)
  • L’Ampolla (906)
  • La Canonja (907)

In Salou, for example, the Cap Salou Pavilion, the Salou Ponent Pavilion, the Salou Park, and the corridor of the City Council’s Civic Center are listed.

Consultation and impact for voters

The publication is the official reference for resolving doubts about the polling place before November 29. Voters from all municipalities in the province will find their section and polling station there, and city councils and electoral boards will have the closed list to organize the day.
