An administrative appeal (recurso de alzada) may be filed against this resolution before the Most Excellent Mrs. President of the Corporation, within a period of one month starting from the day following its publication, the resolution of which shall exhaust the administrative route for the purpose of filing a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Relevance of the process
The call, framed within the Public Employment Offers of 2024 and 2025, seeks to consolidate administrative personnel of the insular Corporation through internal promotion, a key group for the functioning of the services of the Cabildo de Tenerife. The renewal of the tribunal guarantees the technical composition and impartiality required by the personnel selection regulations, and directly affects the insular public employees aspiring to one of the 16 announced positions. The announcement, electronically signed by the Insular Director of Human Resources, Public Service and Digital Transformation, Juan Manuel Santana Pérez, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife on September 2, 2026, is published for the general knowledge of the applicants.
