Por FactBox Admin

Cádiz Club de Fútbol SAD has formalized the appointment of Karl Christian Septien Stute as chairman of its Board of Directors, as stated in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) number 161, published on Friday, August 21, 2026. The registration, recorded under number 387563, is found on page 40716 of the gazette under the official reference BORME-A-2026-161-11.
The announcement is processed as a corrigendum: the 101st registration of the company is rectified as the appointment by co-option of Mr. Karl Christian Septien Stute as chairman of the Board of Directors had been omitted. The registry data corresponds to sheet H CA 3618, section 8, 102nd registration, with a registration date of August 14, 2026.
A handover at the top of the Cádiz club
The appointment of Septien Stute comes just three days after the same gazette recorded the departure of the previous management team. In BORME number 158, dated August 18, 2026 (reference BORME-A-2026-158-11), the removals of Manuel Vizcaíno Fernández as director, chairman, and joint chief executive officer were published, along with the appointment of Septien Stute as director and proxy of the entity, in the 101st registration.
With the now-published rectification, the club completes the handover of the presidency of its administrative body, consolidating the new management stage of the Cádiz sports public limited company.
Profile of the new chairman
Karl Christian Septien Stute appears in the mercantile registry linked to several investment and management companies, including:
- Sepsus Media Group SL, of which he has been the sole administrator since February 2025.
- Overland Global Management SL and Nolanville Investment Company SL, single-member companies of which he is the sole partner and sole administrator.
- Gebalgo SL, where he was appointed sole administrator in April 2026.
His arrival at the presidency of Cádiz CF occurs within a context of renewal of the club’s shareholding and management structure, which competes in Spanish professional football and has one of the most loyal fanbases in the country.
Relevance of the agreement
The appointment by co-option, a figure provided for in mercantile regulations to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors without the need to convene a general meeting, grants full legal validity to the new presidency. The registration in the Mercantile Registry of Cádiz provides publicity and legal certainty to the change, such that Septien Stute is enabled to legally represent the company before third parties.
For the fans and the club’s environment, the formalization of the presidential handover marks the beginning of a new institutional stage, with a focus on the sporting and economic management of the entity for the upcoming season.
