The BOJA corrects errors in the building rehabilitation credit

The Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia (BOJA) publishes on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, a correction of errors for the Resolution of June 29, 2026, from the General Directorate of Housing and Urban Regeneration, which agrees on the redistribution of credit for subsidies for building-level rehabilitation and the improvement of energy efficiency in homes. The rectification is processed under Article 109.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, which empowers administrations to rectify material, factual, or arithmetic errors in their acts at any time, either ex officio or at the request of the interested parties. The announcement occupies pages 12300/1 to 12300/4 of BOJA number 185, within section 1, General Provisions.

The framework of the call

The corrected resolution redistributes the credit established in the Order of November 11, 2025, which increased the total maximum amount of credit allocated to the non-competitive call for subsidies for building-level rehabilitation, the improvement of energy efficiency in homes, the creation of the existing building book for rehabilitation, and the drafting of rehabilitation projects. The call was carried out through the Order of September 26, 2022, and is part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.

The body issuing the resolution is the General Directorate of Housing and Urban Regeneration, under the Ministry of Housing, Youth and Territorial Planning of the Regional Government of Andalusia.

What is being rectified

Having noticed the error, the General Directorate rectifies the tables of the first resolution point, on page 8960/5, which detail the initial credit, the surplus, and the final credit by line and province, as well as the applied variation. The correction affects the budget items assigned to each province in the distribution. The distribution by lines and provinces appearing in the resolution is as follows:

• Line 3, building-level rehabilitation (item G/43A/77400): Almería, 622,336.80 euros; Cádiz, 3,265,620.00; Córdoba, 864,462.86; Granada, 2,413,140.00; Huelva, 1,378,620.00; Jaén, 964,319.28; Málaga, 3,731,057.55, and Sevilla, 2,446,333.98.
• Line 3 (item G/43A/78400): Granada, 32,751,895.28 euros, and Málaga, 57,946,932.34.
• Line 4: Almería, 5,079,030.67 euros; Cádiz, 7,645,409.58; Córdoba, 8,583,793.10; Granada, 14,255,203.32; Huelva, 4,376,706.68; Jaén, 4,447,910.06; Málaga, 9,198,522.04, and Sevilla, 23,315,143.69.
• Line 5.1: Cádiz, 573,292.02 euros; Granada, 342,769.32; Huelva, 241,793.99; Jaén, 243,109.50; Málaga, 678,479.08, and Sevilla, 1,437,676.09.
• Line 5.2: Almería, 975,042.92 euros; Cádiz, 951,533.72; Huelva, 335,670.23; Málaga, 911,155.00, and Sevilla, 1,390,610.03.

The total amount of the surplus being redistributed amounts to 38,533,861.08 euros.

Who it affects

The rectification directly impacts the applicants and promoters of rehabilitation works applying for these grants, as it determines the budget item and the amount available in each province. The lines cover four purposes:

• Building-level rehabilitation.
• Improvement of energy efficiency in housing.
• Preparation of the existing building book for rehabilitation.
• Drafting of rehabilitation projects.

Impact

The publication of the correction in the BOJA provides legal certainty to the distribution of the credit and prevents interested parties from processing their applications based on incorrectly identified budget items. As these are funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the rectification affects the execution of grants managed by the Junta de Andalucía that support rehabilitation and energy efficiency activities throughout the community.
