The Teruel City Council consolidates two administrative staff members as career civil servants

The Teruel City Council has consolidated two General Administration Clerks as career civil servants. The appointment, agreed upon by the Mayor’s Office-Presidency, was made public in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel number 176, dated September 15, 2026, under official reference No. 2026-2661.

The decision is formalized through Mayor’s Office-Presidency Decrees numbers 4570/2026 and 4573/2026, both dated September 9, 2026. • Ms. Rosa María Escusa Nevot, appointed as General Administration Clerk.

Both are appointed “as career civil servants,” which entails their definitive integration into the personnel structure of the Teruel council after passing the corresponding selection process.
