Early Childhood Education adds a career civil servant stationed in Calatayud

The Official Gazette of Aragon publishes this November 3, 2026, Order HAP/1590/2026, of October 19, by which career civil servants of the Executive Body of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Aragon, Scale of Facultative Assistants, Early Childhood Education Technicians, are appointed. The regulation is signed by the Councilor of Finance, Interior and Public Administration, Roberto Bermúdez de Castro Mur, and resolves the temporary employment stabilization procedure identified with the call code 230022.

The order arrives once the selective tests for the stabilization of temporary employment in that body and scale, convened by the Resolution of December 12, 2022, of the Director General of Public Service and Quality of Services, have concluded. The text is based on article 28.2 of the consolidated text of the Law on the Organization of the Public Service of Aragon, approved by Legislative Decree 1/1991, of February 19, and on article 3.3.k) of Decree 208/1999, of November 17, which distributes personnel competencies among the bodies of the regional Administration.

The assigned destination

The appointment falls to a single successful applicant, who is assigned the first destination on a permanent basis:

• Lorena González-Nicolás Pons, with partially protected DNI (*5212).
• Position number RPT 9994.
• Destination Department: Education, Science and Universities.
• Position location: Calatayud.

The order specifies that the assigned destination is considered permanent and that the assignees must meet the academic qualification requirements, specific training, or other legally required criteria for the position, in accordance with articles 17, 18, and 19 of Decree 68/2021, of May 19, regulating the job position relationships of the regional Administration and its public bodies.

Taking office within one month and prior requirements

The period to take office in the position is one month counted from the day following the publication of the order in the Official Gazette of Aragon; the bodies of the destination departments or organizations will formalize the corresponding proceedings. For remuneration purposes, the provisions of the current Budget Law of the Autonomous Community of Aragon will apply.

Before acquiring the status of a career civil servant, the interested party must:

• Abide by the Constitution and the Statute of Autonomy of Aragon, according to the formula approved by the Order of November 19, 1986 (published in BOA number 120, of December 1, 1986).
• Make the declaration of incompatibilities under article 13 of Royal Decree 598/1985, of April 30, or, where appropriate, exercise the option or request the compatibility provided for in article 10 of Law 53/1984, of December 26.

Appeal process

This order exhausts all administrative remedies. An optional appeal for reversal (recurso potestativo de reposición) may be filed before the Councilor for Finance, Interior, and Public Administration within one month from the day following its publication, in accordance with Articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015 and Articles 60 and 64 of Law 5/2021, of June 29, on the Organization and Legal Regime of the Autonomous Public Sector of Aragon.

Alternatively, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Court within two months, pursuant to Article 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.

A body with several open processes

The publication coincides with recent activity regarding this scale: BOA number 176, of September 10, 2026, corrected the waiting list for the interim provision of Early Childhood Education Technician positions (code 240090), and on September 22, 2026, resolutions dated September 8 were published modifying the composition of the qualifying boards for the entry exams into the same body for the general shift (code 250106) and for the independent shift for persons with physical or sensory disabilities (code 250129).

The appointment consolidates a position within the staff of the Department of Education, Science, and Universities in Calatayud and closes, for the successful applicant, the stabilization process initiated in December 2022. For families using early childhood education services, the practical consequence is the stable coverage of a care position in the province of Zaragoza.
