Economía e Facenda poxa 48 fincas rústicas en once concellos de Lugo

The Delegation of Economy and Finance of Lugo announces a public auction of 48 patrimonial properties distributed across eleven municipalities in the province, through the submission of sealed bids and upward bidding. The deadline for submitting proposals ends at 1:30 PM on November 6, 2026, and the opening of the envelopes will take place on November 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the assembly hall of the Delegation, at Rúa do Teatro, 4, in Lugo. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lugo number 235, dated October 14, 2026, with the official reference R. 2725.

The resolution, signed in Lugo on October 6, 2026, by the delegate of Economy and Finance, Luis F. Jácome López, is included in section I of the gazette under the heading of the Ministry of Finance and the Undersecretariat. These are State patrimonial assets located in the province, mostly rainfed and irrigated rural plots from land consolidation areas, which are put up for auction in four successive rounds—first, second, third, and fourth—with decreasing bidding prices and a guarantee of 5% of the price in each case.

Eleven municipalities and forty-eight plots

The 48 lots are distributed among eleven municipal districts, with a special concentration in the regions of Mariña and Monforte de Lemos:

  • Abadín: lot 1, in the land consolidation area of Quende.
  • Barreiros: lot 2, plot 171 of polygon 12, in San Miguel de Reinante.
  • Bóveda: lots 3 to 6, in the Val de Lemos area, sector I-Bb.
  • Foz: lots 7 to 9 (San Martín and Santa Cecilia) and lot 10 (Vilaronte).
  • Lourenzá: lot 11, in the Lourenzá Norte area.
  • Mondoñedo: lots 12 and 13 (Lindín) and lots 14 to 19 (Santa María Maior).
  • Monforte de Lemos: lots 20 to 27 (Piñeira) and lots 28 to 30 (Val de Lemos, sector I-Bb).
  • Pastoriza: lots 31 and 32 (Bretoña) and lot 33 (Loboso II).
  • Pobra do Brollón: lot 34, in Val de Lemos, sector I-Bb.
  • A Pontenova: lots 35 to 37 (Rececende), 38 and 39 (Vilaboa), 40 and 41 (Vilameá) and 42 to 44 (Xudán).
  • Trabada: lots 45 to 48, in the Monte de Sante area.

Starting prices, guarantees, and areas

The plots range from 256 square meters for lot 27, in Lagoa (Monforte de Lemos), to 26,800 square meters for lot 1, in As Alvilladas (Abadín), a property crossed by two streams and with a spring. The bidding prices for the first round range from 2.15 euros for lot 40, in Caneiro (A Pontenova), to 20,278.30 euros for lot 8, in Inferniño (Foz), which has a natural spring. The total sum of the starting prices for the first round is approximately 106,000 euros.

  • Guarantee: 5% of the bidding price for each lot, from 0.11 euros for lot 40 to 1,013.92 euros for lot 8.
  • Rounds: four successive bids with reductions of 15% in each, except for lots 35 to 44, which are only offered in the first call.
  • Highlighted areas: 17,185 m² in lot 8 (Foz), 16,740 m² in lot 16 (Mondoñedo) and 11,157 m² in lot 18 (Mondoñedo).
  • Encumbrances: several lots are crossed by streams, electrical lines or underground water pipes, and lot 31 (Pastoriza) is subject to a right-of-way easement of 76 meters.

How to submit an offer

The deadline for submitting offers ends at 1:30 p.m. on November 6, 2026, and the opening will take place on November 16 at 11:00 a.m. in the assembly hall of the Delegation. The terms and conditions can be consulted at the State Heritage Section of the Delegation, on the first floor, by telephone at 982 28 47 61 and on the Ministry’s web portal, at www.hacienda.gob.es; it will also be displayed in the town halls where the assets are located.

The auction opens a way for neighbors, livestock farmers and small investors to access rural land with very low starting prices in some plots, while the State liquidates dispersed assets in the province. The deadline, however, is tight: barely three weeks since the publication in the bulletin.
