Por FactBox Admin

The Regional Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha has published the public call for the provision, via the free appointment procedure, of six vacant job positions with budgetary allocation in its Job Position List. The resolution, signed on July 31, 2026, by the regional minister Patricia Franco Jiménez, appears in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) number 161, dated August 24, 2026, with reference 2026/5941.
The call, identified as LD-EEE-F2/2026, is processed under articles 70 and 71 of Law 4/2011, of March 10, on Public Employment of Castilla-La Mancha, and article 20 of Decree 74/2002, of May 14, on the Provision of Job Positions. All career civil servants in the service of the regional Administration, as well as those of the General State Administration, other autonomous communities, local corporations, and the Courts of Castilla-La Mancha who meet the required requirements, may participate.
Offered Positions
The six positions are distributed between the Central Services and the Provincial Delegations of Guadalajara and Toledo, with indiscriminate assignment for civil servants from different public administrations:
- Senior Support Technician (group A1/A2, level 26, specific supplement of €19,595.16) in the General Secretariat of Toledo.
- Executive Secretary (group C2, level 16, €12,857.64) in the Regional Institute of Occupational Health and Safety of Toledo.
- Executive Secretary (group C2, level 16, €12,857.64) in the General Directorate of Self-Employed, Labor and Social Economy of Toledo.
- Provincial Delegate Secretary (group A1, level 27, €27,486.96) in the Provincial Delegation of Guadalajara.
- Head of the Intermediation Service (group A1/A2, level 26, €23,627.52) in the Provincial Delegation of Toledo.
- Delegate Secretary (group C2, level 16, €12,857.64) in the Provincial Delegation of Toledo.
Applications and Deadlines
Applications shall be submitted electronically through the electronic office of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha (www.jccm.es), within a period of fifteen business days starting from the day following the publication of the call in the DOCM. Supporting documentation of merits shall be attached in digital format along with the application.
Once submitted, the requests shall be binding and the assigned destination shall be non-renounceable, except in cases of withdrawal due to obtaining another destination or personal circumstances of special gravity. The convening body may call candidates for interviews and request clarifications or additional documentation to verify the alleged merits.
Resolution and Assumption of Office
The call for applications must be resolved within a maximum period of two months from its publication, by means of a resolution from the head of the Department, following a reasoned proposal from the body to which the positions are assigned; the position may be awarded to the most suitable person or the provision may be declared void. The awarded personnel shall cease their previous position on the working day following the publication of the resolution and shall take office on the subsequent working day, with a period of one month when it involves reinstatement to active service.
The destination is considered voluntary and does not generate a right to compensation for transfer or change of residence. Against the resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Toledo within two months, or an optional appeal for reversal within one month.
The call reinforces the coverage of key technical support and management positions in the regional economic area, within a context of renewal of the administrative structure of the Department. Interested civil servants have fifteen working days to submit their candidacy electronically.
