Early elections ordered for Mszana Dolna municipal council on 15 November

The President of the Council of Ministers has ordered early elections to the municipal council of Mszana Dolna in the Małopolska voivodeship, setting the vote for Sunday 15 November 2026. The decision, signed on 8 September 2026, was published in Dziennik Ustaw of 9 September 2026 under item 1190.

The regulation is issued on the basis of Article 372 § 1 of the Electoral Code of 5 January 2011, as amended. It provides for the election of 15 councillors to the municipal council and enters into force on the day following its publication.

Voter provisions

The calendar also addresses access to the ballot for voters with specific needs. Voters with disabilities, including those using Braille overlays on ballot papers, and voters who turn 60 on or before polling day may request postal voting by 2 November 2026 and may apply for voting by proxy by 6 November 2026. Polling stations are to be adapted for voters with disabilities, and information on accessible premises is to be published by 16 October 2026.
