  • Application requirement: failure to submit according to the standardized model required in rule 5.2 (non-remediable) or failure to sign the application.
  • Provision of DNI copy: failure to provide a copy of the front or back of the document.
  • Provision of qualification: failure to accredit academic requirements, the request for the issuance of the degree, or the equivalence of the training provided.
  • A2 and B driving licenses: failure to provide a copy or the license not being valid.

Remediation period

Excluded or omitted applicants will have a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba, to remedy the defects or file any claims they deem appropriate. If no claims or remediations are submitted, the provisional list will automatically become final; otherwise, the allegations will be resolved along with the approval of the final list.

The resolution, dated in Doña Mencía on August 24, 2026, is electronically signed by the mayor Salvador Cubero Priego and is recorded by the Secretariat-Intervention for its transcription into the Book of Resolutions, in accordance with article 3.2 of Royal Decree 128/2018, of March 16.

This publication is of direct interest to the applicants in the selection process, who must review their status on the lists and, if applicable, submit the remediating documentation within the legal period so as not to lose their status as participants in the competitive examination for one of the Local Police positions in the municipality.
