Provincial Council publishes admitted and excluded candidates for the Multiple Services Assistant pool

The Provincial Council of Guadalajara, through its Human Resources Area, has made public the provisional list of applicants admitted and excluded from the expansion of the temporary job bank for Multiple Services Assistant. The list, which includes 21 admitted and 15 excluded applicants, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 169, dated September 3, 2026, and opens a period of five business days for the correction of applications and the submission of claims.

The call originates from the expansion of the job bank published in the BOP number 139, dated July 23, 2026. The provisional list is approved by Resolution of the Deputy Delegate for Public Employment and Internal Regime no. 2026-8816, dated August 11, 2026, with error correction in Resolution no. 2026-8849, dated August 14, and Decree no. 2026-8889, dated August 19, 2026. The full text is disseminated in compliance with the Fourth Base of the call.

Admitted applicants

The provisional list includes 21 applicants admitted to the expansion of the job bank, including:

• Pablo Abad Gaona, Wilson Agudelo Salazar, Belén del Rey Ranera and David Écija Herraiz.
• Jorge Fernández Pedroviejo, Javier Gallardo de la Fuente, Eduardo Garcés Cuadrado and Moisés García del Moral.
• Ramón Jiménez Arroba, Roberto Marina Herrera, Manuel Martínez Soria and José Martínez Gargantiel.
• Juan Carlos Muñoz Conde, Jorge Pareja Calvo, Eduardo Pérez Martínez and Alberto Sanz Madrid.
• José Agustín Sanz Juan, Alfonso Alejandro Toledano Luque, Óscar Torres Paler, Sergio Valentín Sánchez and Pablo Vela Arellano.

Excluded applicants and causes

The provisional list includes 15 excluded applicants, with the reasons for exclusion coded. Among the causes are:

• Code 01: unsigned application.
• Code 02: invalid proof of fee payment.
• Code 03: failure to provide driver’s license (B) or the document is incorrect.
• Code 04: failure to provide schooling certificate.
• Code 05: application registration after August 3, 2026.
• Code 06: already appears in the temporary job bank for Assistants.

The excluded include José Carlos Alda Lucía, Juan Carlos Balenciaga Belaire, Adrián Fernández Gómez, Pablo García de la Fuente, María Francia Gutiérrez Martínez, Elena Hervás Sanz, Adrián Martínez Pomeda, Julio Muñoz Ortega, José Manuel Olias Taracena, Diego Rubio Gómez, Carlos Ruiz Rodríguez, David Sanz González, José Enrique Simón Simón, Víctor Villalba Garcés and Pablo Villoldo Pérez.

Correction period

Excluded applicants will have five business days to remedy the indicated defects. The method of rectification depends on the code: resubmitting the signed application (01), verified proof of payment (02), driver’s license showing both sides (03), qualification or certificate of schooling (04), or justification of submission within the deadline (05). Codes 06 and 07 cannot be remedied. The resolution will be published in the Official Provincial Gazette, the Notice Board, and the Electronic Office of the Provincial Council.

The publication of this provisional list is a key step in providing temporary personnel to the provincial institution, which relies on this pool to cover needs for Multiple Services Assistant. Interested applicants must review their status and, if applicable, rectify it within the deadline to avoid losing the opportunity to integrate into a process that strengthens the Provincial Council’s temporary hiring.
