Provincial Council opens the paving of the river road of Encinarejo for public consultation

The Provincial Council of Córdoba, through its Procurement Service, has submitted for public review the project for the “Repair of the river road of Encinarejo through paving”, in Encinarejo (Córdoba), with case number 721/2026. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 164, dated August 25, 2026, page 12630, with reference BOP-A-2026-2911.

The work, provisionally approved by Decree of the 1st Vice President and Delegate Deputy for Infrastructure, Sustainability, and Agriculture, dated August 12, 2026, shall be open to the public for a period of 20 business days, counting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the gazette.

Legal Framework and Processing

The public exhibition is carried out in compliance with Article 93 of the Revised Text of the Legal Provisions in Force regarding Local Government, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 781/1986, of April 18, in relation to Article 83.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

In parallel, and in accordance with Articles 7 a) and 13.1 e) of Law 1/2014, of June 24, on Public Transparency of Andalusia, the project will be subject to publicity during the public information period on the Council’s transparency portal, which can be consulted at the institution’s electronic headquarters.

Deadline and Consultation

During the exhibition period, interested parties may consult the project and submit allegations. The announcement includes the following key data:

• Public information period: 20 business days from the day following the publication in the BOP.
• Body providing provisional approval: 1st Vice Presidency and Delegation for Infrastructure, Sustainability, and Agriculture.
• Date of the provisional approval decree: August 12, 2026.
• Online consultation: transparency portal of the Provincial Council of Córdoba (sede.dipucordoba.es).

Signature and Final Approval

The document, with which the Head of the Procurement Service, Juan José Gómez Gracia, is in agreement regarding its background, is electronically signed in Córdoba on August 14, 2026, by the 1st Vice President and Delegate Deputy, Andrés Lorite Lorite.

In the event that no allegations are submitted, once the public information period has elapsed, the project shall be understood as definitively approved, and will then be in a position to initiate the contracting of the road paving works.
