Valencia Provincial Council opens the II Implica't short video contest

The Provincial Council of Valencia has announced the II “Implica’t” 2026 Short Video Contest, a competition now in its second edition. The official announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia number 178, dated September 16, 2026, within the Provincial Council section, with reference 2026/11330 and identifier BDNS 928507.
