The Provincial Council of Seville opens the modification of its staffing plan for public consultation

The Provincial Council of Seville has initially approved, in an ordinary session held on July 30, 2026, a series of modifications to the civil service and labor staff establishment of the Corporation, and has submitted them for public consultation for a period of fifteen business days. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Seville, number 164, of August 25, 2026, with official reference BOP-SE-2026-164001.

The agreement, authorized by Plenary Agreement of the same date, allows interested parties to examine the file and submit claims and suggestions to the Plenary of the Council during the public exhibition period. The processing is supported by articles 112 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of Local Government, and 169 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the revised text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries.

Purpose of the modification

The modification affects the civil service and labor staff establishment of the provincial Corporation, an instrument that defines the job positions and vacancies of the entity. Its update responds to the need to adapt the human resources structure to the organizational and budgetary needs of the Council.

The complete file remains available to the public for consultation during the allegations period. Interested parties may examine it and formulate any observations they deem appropriate before the Plenary reaches a final resolution.

How to consult and submit allegations

The file is available to the public on the Transparency Portal of the Council’s website (www.dipusevilla.es). During the fifteen business days of exhibition, any interested person may:

• Examine the full content of the staff establishment modifications.
• Submit claims and suggestions to the Plenary of the Corporation.
• Formulate allegations in accordance with local government and local treasury regulations.

Signature and processing

The announcement is issued for the purpose of public information and is electronically signed by María García de Pesquera Tassara, Deputy Secretary General acting as Secretary General, by virtue of the delegation conferred by Resolution no. 7907/24, of November 25. The electronic signature was registered on August 20, 2026.

The publication in the official gazette provides full publicity to the procedure and begins the count for the allegations period, guaranteeing the participation of citizens and affected groups in the final configuration of the Council’s staff establishment.
