Huesca Provincial Council publishes the 15 admitted candidates for Management Technician

The Provincial Council of Huesca has published in the Official Provincial Gazette number 174, dated September 11, 2026, the provisional list of admitted and excluded candidates for the competitive examination for internal promotion called to fill one position as Management Technician. The list, approved by Decree no. 3090, dated September 9, 2026, includes 15 admitted applicants and none excluded, and opens a period of ten business days for the correction of applications.

The call, whose rules were published in the Official Provincial Gazette number 58, dated March 26, 2026, is addressed to the corporation’s civil servants opting for the position through internal promotion. The position is classified within the General Administration Scale, Technical Subscale, Group A, Subgroup A2, and the resolution is adopted under article 68 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure, regarding the correction and improvement of the application.

Correction period and appeals

In accordance with the third rule of the call, a period of ten business days is granted, counting from the publication of the announcement in the Official Provincial Gazette, for interested parties to correct defects in their applications. The resolution, which exhausts administrative remedies, may be appealed through an optional appeal for reversal before the same body within one month, or via a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Huesca within two months.
