Córdoba Provincial Council approves budget modification of 21.7 million

The Provincial Council of Córdoba has definitively approved the Fifth Credit Modification File for Extraordinary Credits and Credit Supplements of the 2026 Budget, for a total amount of 21,699,911.80 euros. The decision, adopted by the Plenary in an ordinary session held on July 22, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba number 162, dated August 21, 2026, with reference BOP-A-2026-2937.

The agreement was adopted as no claims were filed against the provisional approval during the public exhibition period, which ended on August 13. The processing complies with the provisions of Article 169.3 of the Recast Text of the Law regulating Local Treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5. The document is electronically signed by the 4th Vice President of the Council, Ana Rosa Ruz Carpio, dated August 19, 2026.

Extraordinary credits and supplements

The bulk of the operation corresponds to extraordinary credits, amounting to 21,587,411.80 euros, which are mainly financed through capital and current transfers. To this are added credit supplements of 112,500.00 euros, resulting in a total expenditure of 21,699,911.80 euros.
