The Provincial Council of Cádiz has approved and published the provisional lists of persons admitted and excluded from the selection process to fill 3 Psychologist positions (1 reserved for persons with disabilities) under the 2023 Public Employment Offer. The resolution, adopted by Decree on September 1, 2026, by the Third Vice President, Delegate Deputy for Public Service and Human Resources, was announced in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz (BOP) no. 173, dated September 8, 2026 (reference No. 288.083).

Framework of the Call
The process is governed by the specific rules approved by Resolution on February 4, 2026, published in the BOP of Cádiz no. 28, dated February 11, 2026, and rectified by Resolution on May 5, 2026 (BOP no. 93, dated May 19, 2026). The summary of the rules was announced in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía no. 102, dated May 29, 2026, and the public call was disseminated in the Official State Gazette (BOE) no. 149, dated June 19, 2026.
The application period took place between June 22 and July 17, 2026, both inclusive. The applicable regulatory framework includes Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015 (Basic Statute of the Public Employee), Law 5/2023 of the Public Service of Andalusia, and Royal Decree 896/1991, among other provisions.
Figures for Admitted and Excluded Candidates
The provisional list includes a total of 127 persons admitted in the general shift and 6 in the disability shift, while 9 applicants appear as excluded in the general shift. The causes for exclusion detailed in the annex are as follows:
- Not possessing or not proving the qualification required in the call.
- Not proving the payment of examination fees or their exemptions.
- Failure to pay fees, or failure to specify the ID (DNI), date, or place of birth.
- Lack of signature, application submitted after the deadline, or incomplete electronic procedure.
- Failure to prove the required specific training or lack of identity as a natural person.
Correction Period and Procedures
Excluded or omitted persons have a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication in the BOP of Cádiz, to correct the defects that led to their exclusion or omission. Correction in the case of exclusion is carried out by accessing the open file on the electronic office via the citizen folder, while omissions can be corrected using a general-purpose form available on the Provincial Council’s electronic office.
Those who do not rectify the errors within the deadline will be definitively excluded from taking the tests. The lists are also posted on the Corporation’s Electronic Notice and Edict Board and on the corporate website www.dipucadiz.es, under the Public Employment Offer section.
Relevance of the news
The publication of these provisional lists represents a decisive step for candidates seeking one of the Psychologist positions at the Provincial Council of Cádiz, a highly anticipated process within the 2023 OEP. Compliance with the rectification deadline is essential to avoid losing the opportunity to participate in the tests, the final list and start date of which will be announced shortly in the official bulletin.
