The Provincial Council of Cádiz publishes provisional lists for the Psychologist competitive examination

The Provincial Council of Cádiz has approved and published the provisional lists of admitted and excluded persons for the selection, as career civil servants, of 3 Psychologist positions (1 reserved for persons with disabilities) from the 2023 Public Employment Offer. The list is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Cádiz no. 173, dated September 8, 2026, via an edict from the Area of Public Service and Human Resources (reference No. 288.083).

The process is governed by the Resolution of February 4, 2026 (BOP no. 28, dated February 11, 2026), rectified by the Resolution of May 5, 2026 (BOP no. 93, dated May 19, 2026). The positions, identified by codes F-03.19.02, F-03.19.08, and F-03.19.09, belong to the Special Administration scale, Technical subscale, Superior class, Group A, Subgroup A1, and are filled through an open competitive examination system. The announcement was also disseminated in the Official Gazette of the Regional Government of Andalusia no. 102 and in the Official State Gazette no. 149, dated June 19, 2026.

The provisional list includes a total of 127 admitted persons in the general shift and 6 in the disability shift, compared to 9 excluded persons. The edict, signed by the Third Vice President and Delegated Deputy for Public Service and Human Resources, Jacinto Muñoz Madrid, and by Ignacio Derqui Vasallo, is also displayed on the Electronic Notice and Edict Board and on the Council’s corporate website.

Deadline and Method of Correction

Excluded or omitted persons have a period of ten business days, counting from the day following the publication of the resolution, to correct the defects that led to their exclusion or omission. Those who fail to do so will be definitively excluded from participating in the selection process.

• In case of exclusion, the correction is carried out by accessing the open file in the electronic office through the citizen folder.
• In case of omission from the lists, a general-purpose form is submitted in the electronic office of the Council.

The edict details the causes that may lead to exclusion, including lack of qualification, failure to pay examination fees, lack of signature, or submission after the deadline.

Closing

The publication of these provisional lists represents a decisive step toward filling three Psychologist positions within the provincial staff, strengthening the social services of the Provincial Council of Cádiz. Following the correction period, the Corporation will make public the final list including the location, date, and time of the first competitive examination exercise.
