Appeals and deadlines

Against the resolution, interested parties may file a potestative appeal for reconsideration with the same body that issued the act, within a period of one month from the day following its publication in the BOP. Alternatively, they may directly file a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Cáceres within a period of two months, also counted from the day following publication.

In the event of opting for the potestative appeal for reconsideration, it will not be possible to file the contentious-administrative appeal until the former has been expressly resolved or deemed dismissed by administrative silence. All of this without prejudice to any other appeal or action deemed appropriate.

Impact on the province

The creation of this temporary employment pool reinforces the operational capacity of the Provincial Council of Cáceres in an area essential to the rural world of Cáceres. The 11 agricultural services workers may be called upon to cover specific needs in agricultural infrastructure, livestock management and maintenance of rural spaces, thereby contributing to the sustainability of a sector that constitutes one of the economic pillars of the province.
