Por FactBox Admin

The Provincial Council of Burgos has approved the final list of admitted and excluded applicants for the permanent appointment to a position of senior IT technician, corresponding to the new entry shift for civil service personnel included in the 2023 Public Employment Offer. The decision, adopted by resolution number 8336/2026, dated August 7, by the first vice-president of the Entity, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos number 157, dated August 20, 2026.

Regulatory Framework and Processing

The resolution is issued under the powers conferred by article 34.g) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Government, and by virtue of the delegation carried out by the Presidency through decree number 2023007943, dated August 3, 2023.

The process began with the provisional list, approved by resolution number 7006/2026, dated June 25, and rectified by resolution number 7310/2026, dated July 7, published in issues 124 and 133 of the BOP, dated July 6 and 17, 2026. After the ten-business-day correction periods granted to the excluded applicants expired, and following the dismissal of the claim filed by one of the applicants declared excluded, the final list is now approved.

The document, signed in Burgos on August 10, 2026, by the secretary general, José Luis M.ª González de Miguel, marks a decisive step for the applicants, who see their position confirmed regarding the competitive examination phases of a key process for provincial public procurement.
