Detalle Constructivo enters voluntary bankruptcy with 166,393 euros in liabilities

DETALLE CONSTRUCTIVO, OBRAS Y PROYECTOS, S.L. has been declared in voluntary bankruptcy by the Commercial Section of the Court of First Instance of Valencia, which also agreed to the opening of the special procedure for micro-enterprises. The resolution, final and dated July 30, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) no. 198, of October 14, 2026, First Section, page 48045, with the reference BORME-A-2026-198-46 (entry 456650). The court order estimates the company’s liabilities at 166,393 euros.

From incorporation in 2018 to insolvency in 2024

The company’s registry history begins on February 1, 2018, when the BORME published its incorporation (no. 23, of February 1, 2018, reference BORME-A-2018-23-46). At that time, it was registered with a capital of 3,100 euros, sole shareholder Juan Roig Visiedo, and registered office in L’Eliana (Valencia), with a corporate purpose led by code 41.21, construction of residential buildings.

The deterioration is not new. In May 2024, the bulletin reported the declaration of insolvency of the company in execution no. 2103/23, pursued before the Social Court no. 3 of Valencia (BORME no. 94, of May 17, 2024, reference BORME-A-2024-94-46), entry registered on May 7, 2024.
