The administration coordinator of Lanín National Park is provisionally appointed

The Secretariat of Legal and Administrative Coordination, under the Deputy Chief of Cabinet for the Interior of the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers, arranged for the temporary coverage of the position of Coordinator of Administration, Legal, and Human Resources of the Lanín High Complexity National Park. The measure was published in the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic on August 26, 2026, and was signed by Secretary Mariana Vello.

The appointment corresponds to a vacant and funded position, Level C, Grade 0, Executive Function Level IV, reporting to the National Directorate of Operations of the National Parks Administration. The resolution was issued in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 2 of Decree No. 958/24 and by Article 1 of Resolution No. 65/26 of the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Regulatory Framework

The coverage is framed within the temporary appointment regime provided for by Decree No. 958/24, which empowers chiefs of staff, ministers, and secretaries to make and extend temporary appointments of personnel in permanent staff and non-graded positions with a rank lower than undersecretary. The organizational structure of the agency was approved by Resolution No. 410/16 of the Board of the National Parks Administration, and the delegation of powers to the acting Secretariat stems from Resolution No. 65/26.

The position is exempt from the restrictions established in Article 1 of Decree No. 934/25 (of December 31, 2025), in accordance with the provisions of subsection b) of Article 2 of said decree. The General Directorate of Administration of the agency certified the existence of budgetary credit in the current financial year, and the expenditure will be charged to the allocations of Entity 107, National Parks Administration.

Conditions of the Appointment

The appointment is made as an exception to the provisions of Article 14 of the Sectoral Collective Labor Agreement of the National Public Employment System (Si.N.E.P.), approved by Decree No. 2098/08. The payment of the Executive Function Supplement Level IV of the aforementioned agreement is also authorized.

• The position must be filled according to the current requirements and selection systems, within a period of 180 business days from the issuance of the measure.
• The resolution was notified to lawyer Evangelina Blanca Del Pozo (DNI No. 21,434,463).
• The measure must be communicated within five days of publication, according to Resolution No. 20/24 of the Secretariat of State Transformation and Public Function.

Relevance

Transitory coverage ensures the continuity of administrative, legal, and human resources management in one of the most complex national parks in the system, in a context where Decree No. 934/25 restricts the filling of vacancies in the public administration. The applied exception and the 180-day period for its definitive coverage reflect the priority the agency gives to the normalization of this management position.
