The file that gave rise to the measure is EX-2026-97890263-APN-DAFA#ARA, promoted by the Argentine Navy through the General Directorate of Navy Material. The expenditure is charged to the budget line of Jurisdiction 45 – Ministry of Defense, Sub-jurisdiction 22 – General Staff of the Navy.
The project is registered in the Public Investment Project Bank (BAPIN) under No. 100,426, corresponding to Project No. 12 – Subsection 6.8.7, titled “Construction of a pier, connected infrastructures, and acquisition of machinery and equipment on the eastern tip of the Ushuaia peninsula”. The General Directorate of Financial Administration and Budget of the Navy stated that the force has the credit for the current year and that the multi-year authorization is in the process of being incorporated into the 2027 Budget Bill. The preventive registration of the expenditure was processed through Contracting Request No. 38-2869-SCO26.
