The second call for grants for urban services is open

The Das City Council has published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona (no. 171, of September 4, 2026) the extract of the resolution of September 1, 2026, which opens the second call for grants destined for the maintenance, conservation, replacement, or improvement of urban services, corresponding to the 2025 annual period. The call, with an amount of 20,000 euros, is published with the official reference BOP-2026_0_171_7785 and identifier BDNS 927195.

The call is processed in accordance with articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law on Subsidies, and the full text can be consulted in the National Database of Subsidies. The Local Governing Board, in a session on June 22, 2026, approved the second call in accordance with the regulatory bases published in the BOP of Girona no. 72, of April 13, 2023, while the Corporate Plenary, in a session on November 7, 2025, delegated to the Local Governing Board the competence to resolve the file for this annual period.

Object and amount of the call

The object of the second call is to grant aid for the maintenance, conservation, replacement, or improvement of urban services in the municipality, according to the current regulatory bases. The allocated credit is 20,000 euros, charged to the budgetary application 150.48900 “transfers to private entities”.

Potential beneficiaries are the owners and communities of owners in the municipality of Das who must undertake maintenance and improvement actions for urban services.

Deadlines and procedure

Interested parties have a deadline for submitting applications of one month starting from the day after the publication of the call in the BOP of Girona. The evaluation criteria are those detailed in the call itself.

• Submission of applications: one month from the day after publication in the BOP.
• Justification of the grant: maximum December 31, 2026.
• Resolution: the responsibility of the Local Governing Board, with subsequent reporting to the Corporate Plenary.

The extract is signed by the mayor of Das, Enric Laguarda Pons, on September 1, 2026. The resolution of the call corresponds to the Local Governing Board, which must subsequently report to the Corporate Plenary.
