Danish property auctions scheduled across three courts this autumn

Three Danish residential properties are being put up for forced auction between late September and early October 2026, according to notices published in Statstidende on 31 August 2026. The auctions are ordered by the Danish bailiff courts (Retten i Sønderborg, Retten i Holbæk and Retten i Randers), which set the dates, times and venues for each sale.

The notices are published under the “Tvangsauktioner · Fast ejendom” (forced auctions of real estate) section of the official gazette, with sale particulars and auction terms available for inspection at the respective court offices.

Properties in Jutland and Zealand

The three properties span both sides of the country, from the southern Jutland town of Sommersted to the peninsula of Sjællands Odde and the East Jutland town of Ryomgård. Each notice identifies the registered owner, the party requesting the auction and the court handling the case.

• Kastvråvej 22A, 6560 Sommersted — a 1974 brick house of 146 m² with cellar and garage, valued at kr. 610,000, auctioned on 1 October 2026 at 10:30 at Retten i Sønderborg (case AS 6-84/2026).
• Skoletoften 11, 4583 Sjællands Odde — a 1960 house of 106 m² with a 1988 extension, valued at kr. 577,000, auctioned on 21 September 2026 at 09:30 at Retten i Holbæk (case A/S 40-91/2026).
• Brunmosevej 12, 8550 Ryomgård — a 1957 single-family house of 137 m², valued at kr. 1,146,000, auctioned on 23 September 2026 at 09:30 at Retten i Randers (case AS 54-129/2026).

Owners and requesting parties

The auctions are requested by the registered owners or their estates, acting through law firms that also serve as auction notifiers.

• The Sommersted property is owned by Peter Vestergaard Sørensen, with Advokatfirmaet Flemming Jensen of Herning acting as requester and notifier.
• The Sjællands Odde property belongs to the estate of Jørgen Peter Arboe, represented by administrator Finn Machenhauer through Machenhauernielsen Advokater of Kalundborg.
• The Ryomgård property is held by the estate of Linda Marie Nygaard, represented by Dahl Jakobsen Advokatfirma of Hammel through lawyer Laila Østergaard.

Practical conditions for bidders

Buyers should note several conditions attached to the sales. The Ryomgård property has had its utilities disconnected, so the successful bidder must pay to have electricity, water and heating reconnected; it can be inspected on 16 September 2026 at 14:00. The Sjællands Odde house carries unpaid frozen land tax of kr. 2,026.40 for 2018–2020, and shows signs of rodent damage to woodwork and insulation. The Sommersted house is heated by an oil furnace and relies on a private water supply.

For all three properties, the stated areas and values come from the BBR register and are not guaranteed, and the courts take no responsibility for the presence or functioning of white goods after the auction.
