The Styrelsen for Grøn Arealomlægning og Vandmiljø (Danish Green Land Reallocation and Water Environment Agency) has summoned landowners, rights holders and other interested parties to a land reallocation meeting for the Havmølle Å project in Syddjurs municipality, to be held on 29 September 2026 at 11:00. The call was published in Statstidende on 2 September 2026 under the section “Forskellige kundgørelser – Jordfordeling, indkaldelse af rettighedshavere”, with case number tenjep 10518/420040.
The draft land reallocation plan, covering the area between Hyllested Skovgårde, Hyllested, Fuglslev, Holme and Gravlev, is now ready to be presented to the land reallocation commission. The agency expects the commission to issue its ruling and make the land transactions final, while also deciding on any complaints and claims raised.

A second notice in the same gazette issue seeks the rightful owner of a specific parcel participating in the reallocation. The agency is calling on anyone who believes they hold title to come forward and defend their claim at the ruling meeting.
- Parcel: 1. anpart of matr.nr. 67 Hyllested By, Hyllested (BFE.nr. 7609854)

At the ruling meeting the land reallocation commission will issue a property judgment (ejendomsdom) on the rightful title holder. Claims must also be submitted in writing no later than 28 September 2026, either by email to tenjep@sgav.dk or by post to the Styrelsen for Grøn Arealomlægning og Vandmiljø, Pioner Allé 9, 6270 Tønder.
Legal basis for the ruling
The agency notes that a property judgment may be issued under § 6, stk. 4 of the jordfordelingsloven (Land Reallocation Act) provided that possible title holders, as referred to in § 20 of the Tinglysningsloven (Registration Act), have had at least three weeks to assert their title before the judgment is handed down. The commission will also rule on any complaints and claims raised at the meeting.
For rural landowners and rights holders in the Syddjurs area, the meeting is the decisive step in the Havmølle Å reallocation, as it will finalise the land transactions and settle any disputed ownership. Anyone with a claim should act before the 28 September deadline to ensure their rights are considered.
