Cuencas Mineras corrects the cap on subsidies for athletes

The Cuencas Mineras Region has published the correction of a material error detected in the call for grants for outstanding athletes for the year 2026, which reduces the maximum cap of the total amount of aid from 6,000 to 5,000 euros. The rectification, signed by the president of the region, Mr. Javier Larraz López, appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel number 157, dated August 19, 2026, under reference 2026-2477.
The call, identified in the National Grants Database with the code BDNS 923928, was initially published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel number 150, dated August 10, 2026. Having noticed the error, the region proceeds to its rectification in accordance with the provisions of Decree number 2026-0265.
The corrected error
The rectification affects Base 2. AMOUNT AND BUDGETARY APPLICATION of the call. The original text indicated that the total amount of the grants could not exceed the sum of six thousand euros, a figure that is now corrected.
- Where it said: “The total amount of the grants may not exceed the sum of six thousand euros (5,000 €).”
- It should say: “The total amount of the grants may not exceed the sum of five thousand euros (5,000 €).”
The correction sets the maximum limit for the total aid that may be granted to the region’s outstanding athletes during the 2026 fiscal year at 5,000 euros.

The publication is carried out in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Grants Law, which regulate the publicity of calls and the publication of their summaries. The announcement, dated Utrillas, August 6, 2026, is electronically signed by the president of the region, Mr. Javier Larraz López, and is inserted in the Local Administration section, Regions subsection, of the provincial gazette.
