Cubillos publishes the ten admitted candidates for the Multiple Services Operator position
Por FactBox Admin

The Cubillos City Council has approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the call to fill one position as a Multi-Services Operator under a permanent employment contract, via a competitive examination process. The decision was adopted through the Mayoral Resolution of October 13, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora No. 124, dated October 21, 2026, in section III of Local Administration, with the official reference R-202602441. The announcement occupies pages 25 and 26 of the gazette.
Ten applicants and none excluded
The provisional list includes a total of ten admitted persons and records no excluded applicants, according to the literal text of the resolution. The admitted candidates are:
- Hipólito Baladrón Miranda
- Pedro María Blanco Lorenzo
- Alfonso Bollo Alejandre
- Noelia Casado Campo
- Javier Manuel Fadón Fernández
- Hugo García Calzada
- Julián González Álvarez
- Braulio Martín Martín
- Leticia Rebollo Crespo
- Pablo de Vega Bollo
The official document accompanies each name with a partially hidden ID number (DNI), such that only the four central digits of each identity document are disclosed, in application of the data protection precautions customary in this type of publication.
Ten business days to appeal
The announcement is issued in accordance with the provisions of the rules of the selection process call. Following publication, a period of ten business days is opened to file claims or correct any defects deemed appropriate. The resolution warns that if no claims are submitted, the provisional list will automatically be elevated to definitive status without the need for a new express approval.
The City Council further specifies that subsequent announcements for this call will be published according to the provisions established in the process rules themselves; therefore, the following phases—including the call for tests—do not necessarily have to appear in the same provincial gazette.
Tribunal already designated
The same resolution of October 13 approves the composition of the tribunal that will judge the tests of the process, with titular members and substitutes for each position:
- Chairmanship: Lorenzo Calzada Hernández, with Álvaro Prieto López as substitute.
- Member 1: Rosana Hernández Nieto, substituted by Lucía Miguel Turiño.
- Member 2: Cristina Fidalgo Devesa, substituted by M.ª Rosario Rodríguez López.
- Member 3: Tomás de la Fuente Martín, substituted by M.ª Ángeles Nieto San Teodoro.
- Secretariat: Elena Santos Nieto, with Álvaro Arroyo Pedrero as substitute.
The announcement appears signed in Cubillos on October 14, 2026, by the municipal mayor, one day after the resolution approving both the provisional list and the selection body.
A process with a single applicant per position
The process thus advances toward its testing phase with a single position at stake and ten admitted candidates, placing the selection ratio at ten applicants per position. The call corresponds to a permanent labor position, not a civil service post, and is resolved through a competitive examination (concurso-oposición), a system that combines the assessment of merits with the passing of exams.
For the ten admitted applicants, the calendar is now contingent upon the claims period: any defect in the list or the documentation submitted must be corrected within those ten business days, and only after that procedure will the list become final and the call for tests before the already constituted tribunal be opened.
