Four Seville municipalities open public employment registers

The Official Gazette of the Province of Seville number 165, from Wednesday, August 26, 2026, publishes four resolutions advancing public employment selection processes in the province: the Provincial Council of Seville approves the provisional list of applicants for an extraordinary pool of sociocultural animation technicians, while the town halls of Almensilla, Bollullos de la Mitación, and Paradas process pools and lists for administrative assistants, local development technicians, and Local Police. The Provincial Council of Seville: 96 admitted for sociocultural animation technician

By Resolution 5719/2026, of August 14, the Public Employee Area of the Provincial Council of Seville approves the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the call to create an Extraordinary Employment Pool for Sociocultural Animation Technicians (reference BOP-SE-2026-165001). The call was approved by Resolution 3595/2026, of June 1, published in BOP No. 113 on June 15, 2026.

96 people admitted, including Nerea Acedo Acevedo, Noelia Aguilar Chamizo, and Antonio Bernárdez Mogeda.
8 people excluded, for reasons such as unsigned applications, lack of disability justification, or non-payment of exam fees.
A period of five calendar days from publication to correct the causes of exclusion or omission, via the “Citizen Folder” of the Electronic Office.

The resolution, signed by the Deputy Secretary General acting as Secretary General, María García de Pesquera Tassara, warns that those who do not correct their status within the deadline will be definitively excluded from the process.

Almensilla: two administrative assistant positions and employment pool

The Almensilla Town Hall, through Mayoral Resolution 751/2026, of August 6, publishes the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the filling of two Administrative Assistant positions (career civil servants, subgroup C2, General Administration scale), belonging to the OEP 2023 and 2024, as well as the establishment of an employment pool (reference BOP-SE-2026-165004). The rules were approved by Resolution 89/2026, of January 29, published in BOP No. 25 on February 6 and in BOE No. 50 on February 25, 2026.

The process is governed by the competitive examination system.
Applicants are granted a period of ten business days to file claims and correct errors.
Causes for exclusion include lack of qualification, non-payment of the fee, incomplete application, or application submitted after the deadline.

The announcement is signed by the mayor, Rubén Mendoza Zabala, and is also published on the notice board and the municipal Electronic Office.

Bollullos de la Mitación: local development technician pool

The Bollullos de la Mitación City Council approves, by Resolution 1011/2026, of August 20, the creation of the employment pool of temporary labor personnel for local development technician positions (reference BOP-SE-2026-165005). The pool is ordered by total score, which combines qualification, complementary training, and professional experience:

María José de Pablo Corchado, first position with 10 points.
Manuela Rodríguez García, second with 7.58 points.
Pedro Olivera Romero, third with 7.5 points.

The resolution is signed by the acting mayor, Manuel Varilla Gallardo, and orders the eight applicants who make up the pool according to their scale.

Paradas: final list for one Local Police position via mobility

The Paradas City Council, by Resolution 742/2026, of August 24, approves the final list of admitted and excluded candidates for the provision of one Local Police position through a mobility system without promotion by merit competition, corresponding to the 2025 OEP (file 2026/SEL_01/000011, reference BOP-SE-2026-165014).

Admitted: José Luis Domínguez García, Moisés Moraza Gallardo, and Oliver Tovar Urbina.
Excluded: Ramón José Suárez Sánchez, for failing to prove payment of the 71 euro fee.
The assessment of merits will begin on August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Casa de la Cultura, at calle Larga 54 in Paradas.

The mayor, Rafael Cobano Navarrete, designates the qualifying tribunal and reminds interested parties that they may file an appeal for reversal or a contentious-administrative appeal against the final approval.

The simultaneous publication of these four resolutions in a single bulletin reflects the sustained personnel selection activity in the province of Seville, both in the provincial institution and in the municipalities. For applicants, the correction deadlines and assessment dates are now the key calendar: those who do not correct the defects in their application on time will be left out of processes that, in positions such as administrative assistant, record high demand.
