Birth of a new business organization
The Territorial Labour Office of Burgos, attached to the Territorial Delegation of Burgos of the Junta de Castilla y León, has published the formal constitution of the Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Executives of the province of Burgos – Empresarias de Burgos. This is a provincial-level entity created with the aim of bringing together women who hold management and ownership positions in the business fabric of Burgos.
The deposit of the bylaws was admitted by Resolution of 31 July 2026, issued by the head of the Territorial Labour Office, Juan Martín Antón Crespo. The notice appears in section II. Autonomous Administration of the provincial bulletin.
Four promoters and their companies
The new association has been promoted by four businesswomen from the province, each representing her own company. The bylaws and the deed of incorporation are signed by:
- Ms. Sonia Para Bartolomé, on behalf of Piedras Naturales de Castilla, S.L.
- Ms. Débora Serrano Martínez, on behalf of Millomayor, S.L.
- Ms. Ángela Arranz Monje, on behalf of Gestora de Activos San Amaro, S.L.
- Ms. Icíar Blanco Antón, from Viajes Miranda Tours
The deposit application was submitted by Mr. Íñigo Llarena Conde, registered as received in the deposit on 29 July 2026 under file number 09/2026/000086. The deposit has been assigned number 09100027.
Legal framework and administrative procedure
The constitution of the association falls within the regulations governing trade union and business organizations at the state level. Specifically, the procedure has complied with:
- Law 19/1977, of 1 April, on the Regulation of the Right to Trade Union Association.
- Royal Decree 416/2015, of 29 May, on the Deposit of Bylaws of Trade Union and Business Organizations.
- Order PRE/813/2022, of 1 July 2022, which develops the organisational structure of the Territorial Labour Offices of the Junta de Castilla y León.
The Territorial Labour Office has agreed to admit the deposit and order the publication of the notice in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Burgos and its display on the notice board of the office itself. Any interested party may examine the deposited document and obtain a copy through electronic means, with the possibility of appeal before the Social Court in accordance with Law 36/2011, of 10 October, regulating the Social Jurisdiction.
Registered office and territorial scope
The organization’s headquarters is established at Plaza Castilla number 1 in Burgos, in the very center of the provincial capital. Its territorial scope is limited to the province of Burgos, while its functional scope is defined in Article 3 of its Articles of Association.
The creation of this association responds to the growing trend of establishing organizations that bring together professional women and businesswomen in Spanish territory, and constitutes the first formal representative structure for this group in the province of Burgos. Its publication in the official bulletin confers full publicity and legal effectiveness upon the filing of its articles of association.
