Llanada Alavesa gang announces three positions for technicians

Por FactBox Admin

The Cuadrilla de la Llanada Alavesa has announced the call and the regulatory bases for the provision of three vacant positions for career civil servants through the competitive examination system in the free turn. This initiative is part of the Public Employment Offer (OEP) for the 2023 financial year, approved by the Presidency of the Corporation.

The positions announced correspond to technical specialties required for the public service of the Alavese local administration. The three positions fall within the Special Administration Scale, Technical Subscale, and seek to cover the management needs in the environment, equality, and urban planning of the region.

Announced specialties

The selection process includes three different professional profiles:

  • Environmental Technician: Group A, Subgroup A1, Higher Class.
  • Equality Technician: Group A, Subgroup A2, Middle Class.
  • Architect: Group A, Subgroup A1, Higher Class.

All positions require 100% dedication and require a Basque language linguistic profile at level 3 with the mandatory compliance date expired. The required qualifications are those that certify the technical capacity to perform the specific functions of each specialty.

Requirements and application process

Applicants must meet the general participation requirements, such as nationality of a member state of the EU, functional capacity, and not exceeding the retirement age. In addition, they must hold the official or recognized degree corresponding to the position they wish to obtain.

The deadline for submitting applications will be twenty business days from the day following the publication of the call announcement in the Official State Gazette (BOE). Applications must be addressed to the Presidency of the Cuadrilla de la Llanada Alavesa and be accompanied by payment of the corresponding registration fee.

Regulatory framework and appeal

The resolution was signed by the president of the corporation, Gustavo Fernández Villate, in Agurain on July 29, 2026. The selection process is governed by public employment and common administrative regulations, including Law 39/2015 and Law 29/1998.

Against this resolution, which ends the administrative route, an appeal for reconsideration may be filed with the Presidency of the Cuadrilla within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Vitoria-Gasteiz within two months.

The publication of these positions represents a strengthening of the technical staff of the Alavese local administration, allowing the incorporation of specialized professionals to promote key projects in sustainability, equality, and territorial development.
