Creditors seek takeover of F&I ApS reconstruction management
Por FactBox Admin

Creditors of F&I ApS (CVR 36490411) have petitioned for the reconstructor to take over management of the company under section 12a of the Danish Bankruptcy Act (konkursloven). A creditor meeting to consider the petition has been convened for 22 September 2026 at 13:00 before Retten i Helsingør, as announced in Statstidende on 15 September 2026.
The notice, issued by the bankruptcy court on 11 September 2026, concerns the reconstruction case registered under reference SKS 42-49/2026. The company is based at Krogenbergvej 15A, 3490 Kvistgård.
The reconstruction case
The meeting is called to deal with a request by a number of creditors that the reconstructor assume the leadership of the business, a step provided for in section 12a of the Bankruptcy Act. Such a takeover transfers management powers from the debtor’s own management to the reconstructor during the reconstruction period.
The reconstructor appointed in the case is the law firm ACCURA ADVOKATPARTNERSELSKAB (CVR 33039018), with offices at Alexandriagade 8, 2150 Nordhavn.
Creditor obligations
Creditors whose claims have not previously been asserted are urged to file them with the reconstructor ahead of the meeting. The key details are:

- Case reference: SKS 42-49/2026

Impact for creditors and employees
The outcome of the meeting will determine whether the reconstructor formally takes over the running of F&I ApS, which directly affects the company’s creditors and its employees in Kvistgård. Creditors who have not yet registered their claims should do so with the reconstructor to secure their position in the proceedings.
