Court opens restructuring of Nordic Harvest; creditors meet on 16 November
Por FactBox Admin

The bankruptcy division of Sø- og Handelsretten, the Skifteretten, opened restructuring proceedings against Nordic Harvest A/S on 20 October 2026 at 11:09, acting on a petition received the day before. The order was published in Statstidende on 29 October 2026 under reference S27102026-35, and it summons creditors to a meeting on 16 November 2026 at 10:00 in Copenhagen, where a proposed restructuring plan is to be discussed.
The debtor is Nordic Harvest A/S, CVR no. 40337792, which the notice records as having carried on business from Litauen Alle 13, 2630 Taastrup. The court has given the case its own docket number, SKS R 30/26-E, and the notice was signed by the Skifteretten on 27 October 2026, two days before publication. The entry appears under the gazette’s Reconstruction heading, the channel through which the court publishes restructuring orders and creditor summonses.
A ten-day path from petition to published order
The record sets out a short sequence of procedural steps, all of them dated in the notice itself:
- 19 October 2026 — the restructuring petition is received by the court.
- 20 October 2026, 11:09 — the Skifteretten opens restructuring proceedings for the company.
- 27 October 2026 — the notice is signed by the Skifteretten.
- 29 October 2026 — the notice is carried in Statstidende under reference S27102026-35.
No grounds for the petition, and no account of the company’s financial position, appear in the published text; the entry confines itself to the procedural order and the summons.
Who runs the restructuring
The notice names the officers appointed to administer the case, together with their addresses of record:
- Advokat Henrik Selchau Poulsen, Nørregade 21, 1165 København K, appointed reconstructor.
- Advokat Anders Ibsen Melballe, appointed to act alongside the reconstructor.
- Elan Schapiro, appointed as the expert trustee (sagkyndig tillidsmand).
The creditors’ meeting on 16 November
The summons fixes a single meeting, and it is the only date creditors are given to act on:
- Date and time: 16 November 2026 at 10:00.
- Place: Sø- og Handelsrettens skifteret, Amaliegade 35, 2nd floor, 1256 København K.
- Purpose: discussion of the proposed restructuring plan (forslag til rekonstruktionsplan).
The notice does not state the size of the estate, the number of creditors, or the terms of the draft plan, and it sets no separate deadline for lodging claims in this entry. Creditors therefore have the meeting date as the fixed point in the published record, with the substance of the proposal to be presented at Amaliegade 35.
One of three restructuring notices that day
The same 29 October 2026 issue of Statstidende carries two further restructuring notices from the same court, both concerning creditor votes rather than first-time openings:
- OSKAR PROPERTIES ApS, CVR no. 25113446, Hellerup, case SKS R 3/26-E, with a creditors’ meeting on 7 December 2026 at 11:00 for a vote on a restructuring proposal, reconstructor advokat Flemming Jensen.
- Automated Engineering Service Denmark ApS, CVR no. 43503529, Søborg, case SKS R 5/26-K, with a creditors’ meeting on 18 December 2026 at 13:00, reconstructor advokat Henrik Selchau Poulsen.
Read together, the three entries show the same court running restructuring cases at different stages, from the opening order for Nordic Harvest A/S to balloting on finished plans in two other estates.
Why the entry matters
For anyone with money or contracts tied to Nordic Harvest A/S — suppliers and landlords around Taastrup, employees, lenders and shareholders — the publication of the notice is the moment the case becomes a matter of public record and the 16 November meeting becomes the fixed reference point in the calendar. Creditors who hold claims against the company now know the docket number (SKS R 30/26-E), the officers to approach and the courtroom where the plan will be debated, even though the plan’s content, and the figures behind it, remain outside the published text. Any later disposal of the company’s business, or any vote on a proposal, will likewise have to be read through notices issued in this same channel.
