Court calls creditors' vote on OSKAR PROPERTIES reconstruction plan

The Sø- og Handelsretten (Maritime and Commercial Court), acting through its bankruptcy division (Skifteretten), has summoned creditors of the property company OSKAR PROPERTIES ApS to a creditors’ meeting on 26 October 2026 at 11:00 to vote on the reconstruction proposal in the company’s ongoing reconstruction case. The summons was published in Statstidende on 16 September 2026 under the reconstruction notices section.

The meeting will be held at the bankruptcy division, Amaliegade 35, 2. sal, 1256 København K. The court decision is dated 14 September 2026.

The reconstruction case

The reconstruction concerns OSKAR PROPERTIES ApS, registered under CVR-nr. 25113446, with registered address at Tingskiftevej 5, 2900 Hellerup. The case is recorded under SKS nr. R 3/26-E at the Maritime and Commercial Court.

The purpose of the meeting is a vote on the reconstruction proposal, a step that determines whether the company can continue its operations under a court-approved restructuring rather than being declared bankrupt.

Creditors’ obligations

Creditors whose claims have not yet been asserted in the case are urged to report them to the reconstruction administrator before the meeting. The reconstruction proposal, together with its annexes, will be available for inspection at the bankruptcy division no later than five business days before the meeting.

  • Reconstruction administrator: Advokat Flemming Jensen, Dalgasgade 29A, 3 th, 7400 Herning
  • Meeting date and time: 26 October 2026, 11:00
  • Venue: Skifteretten, Amaliegade 35, 2. sal, 1256 København K
  • Inspection deadline: no later than five business days before the meeting

What is at stake

The outcome of the vote will shape the future of OSKAR PROPERTIES ApS, a Hellerup-based property company, and directly affects its creditors and employees. A reconstruction proposal approved by the creditors allows the business to be restructured and continue, whereas a rejected proposal can push the case toward bankruptcy proceedings.

Creditors and other interested parties should ensure their claims are registered and follow the inspection and voting deadlines set by the court.
