Commercial hunting reserve El Sabinar opens for public consultation in Ossa de Montiel

The Provincial Delegation for Sustainable Development of Albacete has opened for public consultation the file for the establishment of a hunting ground with a commercial hunting station named El Sabinar, registration number AB-11977, in the municipality of Ossa de Montiel (Albacete). The announcement, signed on August 19, 2026, is published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 167, dated September 1, 2026, in section V of announcements, with reference 2026/6283.

The processing affects the entirety of the hunting ground, promoted by María Del Pilar Zafra Alcazar, covering an area of 499.00 hectares. The procedure seeks the resolution of the Hunting Management Plan, which entails the declaration of the estate as a commercial hunting station.

Regulatory Framework

The request is processed in accordance with Law 3/2015, of March 5, on Hunting of Castilla-La Mancha, and the Order of January 15, 1999, of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, which establishes complementary rules for the establishment of intensive hunting grounds in the Autonomous Community. The public consultation process is based on Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

The complete file remains available to all interested parties for a period of 20 days starting from the publication of the announcement. During this period, it may be examined at two locations:

• The offices of the Provincial Delegation for Sustainable Development of Albacete, at calle Mayor nº 46.
