Cortegada puts a plot of the business park up for bid

The Cortegada City Council is calling for a bid for the disposal of a 1,030 square meter plot located in the town’s business park, valued at 15,734.68 euros plus VAT. This was agreed upon by the Local Government Board in its session on August 21, 2026, and the announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on August 25, 2026, in the local entities section.
The call, signed by the mayor, Avelino Luis de Francisco Martínez, opens a period of 15 business days for the submission of offers, which will be counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the provincial gazette. The processing will be carried out entirely through the council’s electronic office.
The asset subject to disposal
The plot up for bid is Plot No. 9, located in polygon 1 of the distribution area ar-sector 1 of the Cortegada business park. It is a municipal heritage asset whose registration and cadastral data are included in the announcement:
- Cadastral reference: 32028A039003760001FG.
- Registered in the Property Registry of Celanova as estate 10.018, volume 864, book 69, folio 48.
- Surface area: 1,030.00 m².
- Valuation: 15,734.68 € plus VAT.
Conditions and award criteria
The bid will be resolved based on the best price criterion, and its execution will take place within ten business days following the conclusion of the period for the admission of proposals. The exact day and time will be published on the council’s notice board, in the contractor profile, and on the municipal website, and the act will be held in the plenary hall.
Interested parties may consult the Particular Conditions Document, which is available at the council’s electronic office (https://cortegada.sedelectronica.es). The electronic processing of offers is the only method of submission provided for in the call.
